The School Hugo Echegaray offers a program of integral formation for community leaders. The course last two years and at the end of which the participants receive a diploma “Promoter of Human Development” in conjunction with the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru.
The objective is to promote an education process which will enable leaders to assume the appropriate responsibilities in their local communities and enhance their development as responsible citizens. The course is aimed at men and women who have experience and responsibility in social and economic organizations, in local government or in their Christian community.
Course Format: The participants from different parts of the country participate in two cycles of 15 days each which is residential during the month of February. The program for leaders in Lima is two cycles also consisting evenings from 6pm – 9pm one week each month for 8 months and three residential weekends.
