This project operates in Chimbote, Ica, Arequipa, Cerro de Pasco and Iquitos in conjunction with local organizations. The aim of the project is the education of leaders who have responsibilities in these local organizations and who wish to develop their capacity in the areas of human rights and mechanisms for strengthening local democracy. A group of interdisciplinary young professional who have been selected and trained provide the capacity building workshops for these leaders.
