We have both national and local elections in Peru in 2006 therefore Institute offers workshops to enhance the skills of community leaders from diverse organizations in the country to critically reflect on the construction of democracy and full citizenship.

These workshops include themes on democracy, public issues, citizenship, politics, the electoral process and the construction of political agendas. We also enable the participants to articulate and confront public problems in the localities and motivate them to follow-up on the recommendation from the final report from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission.
