The voluntary youth programme is aimed at university students from different universities in Lima as a means of establishing relationships of solidarity and exchange between them and organizations and groups from poor and isolated urban and rural parts of the country. The programme offers them a way to get to know the level of poverty, exclusion and diversity of culture that exists in Peru. The organizations, for their part, can count on three or six weeks (in July or January) on young people who wish to work voluntary to serve the needs and initiatives of the local community which receives them.
